![]() A frost or Volt can keep them shielded in static fights, but on mobile missions the light frames need to be played well. Frames like Nova and Banshee can help your squad in the damage department but they are fragile and need to be played defensively with good backup. ![]() Valkyr might be invulnerable but her claws do "meh" damage and her lack of range attack mean she is really only useful when heavily formaed and run by someone who is GOOD with her. Some good frames for survivability are Frost, Loki, Zephyr or Trinity. Get your squad equipped with their most survivable frames and keep in mind that frames that rely on abilities that do damage are going to see a sharp dropoff in effectiveness if you run T4S or D for any decent length of time. Everyone should take a full loadout, this is no place for "sword alone" antics. Take whatever works for you, but leave the peashooters and gimmick weapons at home. Some a Or Boltor Prime will see you through most mission types as well but heavy gunners will suck back half a clip of ammo in a few seconds unless you have a few forma used on them. I personally prefer the Dread (Paris Prime works as well) or Opticor for hitting power and ammo efficiency. Take your hardest hitting weapons.if they are ammo hogs then take some ammo restores just in case. It is like moving from a t2 to a t3 except you might also run into void Vor, so you need to plan accordingly. Things hit harder and have more health, armour and shields.
